Recruitment Staff (RS)

Responsible for all recruitment process such as :

-Advertising vacant position through newspaper or internet
-Doing job fair or campus hiring for applicant database
-Conducting psychological test
-Interviewing qualified candidates
-Reporting to end – user regarding to recruitment process
-Setting interview schedule with end user
-Confirm to end for the new hire employee

Qualifications :

-Bachelor degree in Psychology preferably from State University / well known private university
-Having experience in recruitment field (less than 1 year) but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Familiar with psychological tools
-Good analytical and communication skill
-Having pleasant personality
-Strong motivation and able to work under pressure
-Creative, high initiative and fast learner
-Familiar with computer (Windows and internet)
