Summary of job duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinating the implementation of the WTP with the contractors
• Leading a team of 2 sites engineer for supervision and monitoring
• Developing of construction drawings
• Reporting to the Head of Technical Department
• Conducting quality control, budget control ensure the implementation according to the schedule
• Conducting capacity buildingto PDAM during the implementation
• Conducting project relevant socialization
• Deputy of the Water Engineer for the Piping Network

Qualifications:

• BA/Masters in Water Engineering or close similar field
• At least 3 years experience in implementation of WTP
• At least 2 years experience in the implementation of Water Distribution Networks in a similar position
• Experience in coordination and cooperation with PDAM and other local authorities
• High experience in project management and team leadership
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Experience in socialization of the target group

Qualifications:
1. Educational qualification:
Bachelor’s in HR development/ psychology social development management or related field
2. Professional experience:
Requires 3 -5 years experiences in Human Resource development with understanding of Human resource management in the areas of staff wellness, international organization (i.e INGO)
A proven record of developing people in a cross-cultural setting
Experience in capacity development – including skill development, vocational training, business development, improving communication skill etc.
