Monitoring / Evaluation & Learning Coordinator (Code: MONEV)
(Papua, NTT, Sulawesi / Maluku, Kalimantan, Nias)

Responsibilities:
Implementation of monitoring and evaluation to facilitate learning for improvement of program quality in the community.

Requirements:
S-1 Degree in any discipline, Major in Statistics is preferred
Competent in project design, report writing and statistical based survey analysis
Minimum requirement of TOEFL 400
Will be based in Papua (Jayawijaya, Merauke, Boven Digul, Pantai Kasuari); NTT (Kupang, Sumba Timur/Barat, Flores Timur, Alor, Manggarai, Sikka, Rote); Sulawesi/Maluku (Poso, Halmahera Utara, Ternate); Kalimantan (Pontianak, Sambas, Singkawang); Nias

PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals is a gold mining and exploration company, operating a COW on Halmahera Island, North Maluku. The company is a joint venture between Newcrest Mining Limited (82.5%) and PT Aneka Tambang (17.5%).

The Company has two (2) vacant position for Under Ground Mine Production Superintendent and Jumbo Operator, at Gosowong - North Halmahera working a 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

Under Ground Mine Production Superintendent

University degree in Mining
Ten years experience in Mining Industry with 5 years in Management level will be preferred
Strong computer skills
Well developed teamwork skills
Fluent in English both written and oral is essential

Jumbo Operator

Two years experience
Indonesian Driver License - BII
SIO certificate
Minimal Senior High School
Well developed teamwork skills
Fluent in English both written and oral
