Minimal lulusan S1 PTN/PTS dari semua fakultas/jurusan terakreditasi
IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4)
Usia maksimal 25 tahun untuk S1 (belum berulang tahun ke 26 pada saat seleksi awal) atau 28 tahun bagi S2 (belum berulang tahun ke 29 pada saat seleksi awal)
Belum menikah
Diutamakan berdomisili di: DIY, Surakarta, Kedu dan Banyumas
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh unit kerja BRI
