Accounting Manager (AIEK / ABSK)
(To be base in East Kalimantan & South Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:
You will be working on a fully integrated computerized environment using Oracle ERP, will be required to maintain accounts, ensure payments are made on time and prepare monthly financial statement. Previous experience in using a similar system will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Male/Female (30-45 years old) with Bachelor’s degree in Accounting possess hands on experience in accounting packages ACCPAC, Oracle Financials and Microsoft excel, word, power-point, project etc
• Candidates Domicile from Surabaya is preferable
• To be base in East Kalimantan & South Kalimantan
• At least 5 years or more for Manager of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with General Ledger / Account Receivable / Account Payable
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferred language(s): English

• Set up and implement HR policies and procedures
• Plan, coordinate and carry out training & development activities
• Establish a performance driven culture and facilitate succession planning program
• Keep abreast of labor laws and industrial relations, liaising with government officials and other relevant authorities as well handling all aspects of public relations
• Review HR practices in support of business strategies
• Handle manpower planning and on time recruitment activities
• Plan and organize welfare activities within the plantation
• Handle employee grievances; facilitate community development activities and bridging networking with industry players
• Provide benchmark of best HR practices in the plantation industry

Requirements:

• Male
• Hold Bachelor Degree in Law/Social Science/Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a well-known plantation and/or manufacturing company, preferably in a multinational environment
• Proven exposure to people development policies & practices
• Communicate effectively within and outside the organization, and must possess excellent proficiency in English and be computer literate
• Experience in counseling and coaching
• Strong leadership quality, self motivated and has positive attitude
• Excellent presentation skills including report writing and communication skills
• Preferred age between 30 – 35 years
• To be Located in Kalimantan

The role of Environmental Superintendent will be responsible for all facets of the mine environmental matters including environmental laws and regulations which pertain to the mining industry. In this role, you will report directly to HSE Manager.

Responsible includes:

• Coordinate and estimate of environmental programs, plans and systems,
• Environmental monitoring and reporting in accordance with RPL, RKL, mine site performance, rehabilitation and reclamation programs,
• Coordinate and liaise with government agencies for permitting and regulatory compliance for project,
• Compliance with environmental legislation and health and safety standards,
• Maintain an environmental emergencies action plan at site, community awareness and environmental investigations,
• Provides leadership and direction to the team.

Experience / Skills Requirements:

• Mining Engineer professional degrees with specialization in Environmental,
• At least 7 years experience in the same role, preferably in mining industry,
• Proven experience in regulation, environmental permitting, and mine reclamation,
• Have good knowledge and experience of environmental management systems and rehabilitation,
• “AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assesment)”, and “Pengawas Operasional Pertama” certificates are a must,
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills,
• Computer literate and posses excellent oral and written English,
• Willing to be assigned to Kalimantan.
