JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Responsible for all aspects of technical matters (product specification, product testing, product evaluation and documentation of test result)
- Have to prepare present & implement solution for product enhancement
- Create product added value in design, quality, and competitiveness.
- Search and develop working method, material usage, and technology effectiveness to produce best quality product with efficiently budget.
- Develop new innovation in product development to compete with competitors.
- Prepare and control the production process to ensure run well optimized considering the agreed Production Schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male, age 30 – 40 years
- Should be mature person and degree in Automotive
- Ideally 3 years of experience in product development or production Automotive
- Posses good analytical thinking and problem solving skill
- Deep knowledge in application Development Method in manufacturing company
- Experience in ISO 9001& 22000/ standard implementation
- Has a good interpersonal skill and has to be able to manage the working team
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Creative and self organized working style
- Willing to work on shift
- Location : kosambi – Tangerang
