Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Director
Customer support:
Handling customer enquiries, customer complaints
Compiling order confirmations, providing status updates on orders
Compiling of various sales documentations such as shipment information, analysis certificate and insurance certificate
Marketing support:
Organizing all necessary aspects to exhibit at industry trade shows, including preparation of the booth and marketing materials
Support development of marketing material (brochures etc.)
Updating price lists and maintaining the customer database
Conducting sales analysis and drafting of sales reports
Requirement:
Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
Minimum Degree, preferably in Business Administration/ Marketing
Must be computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Knowledge on import and export procedure is an advantage
Customer-oriented with ability to work with initiative and under pressure
Positive attitudes and ability to accept challenges
