Community Channel Manager
Job Description:
- Seek and identify opportunities and capturing new business from the communities.
- Build and win the new prospect communities including estimated realization of the sales target plan.
- Manage, maintain and develop existing communities to ensure deliverables, scope, and customer satisfaction.
- Able to achieve sales target according to the sales plan.
- Communicate clearly the product portfolio being offered by AXIS.
- Compile and prepare sales project report, ensure accuracy of data report and on-time submission.
- Regularly visit the communities and employ a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieveing sales target.
- Min. Bachelor degree from any discipline.
- Have background as Direct Selling/ Community/ Account Manager min. 5 years or 1 year experience at the same position in Telco Industry.
- Have Telco background is more preferebly.
- Have wide network in any industry or community.
- Have value of customer oriented, simple, passionate and innovative.
- Have strong leadership and good initiator.
