Receptionist / Telephone Operator
Job Responsibilities :
Handling incoming/outgoing calls
Welcoming visitors
Distributing documents i.e. faxes, memos, letters
Organising meeting rooms
Job Requirements :
Min. High School graduates with 1 year experience
Female, single, not more than 25 years of age
Attractive, pleasant personality, customer service oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (verbal) is required
Be able to represent company's image
