SALES TRAINER (Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur)
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible in conducting agency training and educational programs and monitoring of the effectiveness of programs executed
Contribute to agency development by delivering coaching and working partnership with leaders for recruiting, productivity, active agent ratio, premium, and persistency
Maintain compliance based on SOP and company regulation
Responsible to build a communication with agency force for business and training matter
Job Requirements:
Experience in training area, especially for sales in insurance or banking or other financial institution
Branch development experience is an advantage
Willing to travel
Able to work in long working hours environment
Proactive and energetic personality
Good negotiating skill
Positive attitude
Residence in Balikpapan
