PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia, Tbk. is the leading beer and beverage company in Indonesia. It produces and/ or mattets a range of trademarked beverages products throughout Indonesia. To strengthen our team, we are now seeking for most talented and energetic parser to fill these positions :

1. PRODUCTION CONTROLLER

- Analyze, develop and formulate a system of planning and measuring the brewery’s efficiency and effectiveness in terms of output and cost
- Prepare yearly brewery budget in terms of personnel, material use, output and overhead
- Monitor, audit and support the implementation of the approved control system so that accurate analysis and corrective action could be recommended and followed-up
- Prepare performance report, identifying deviation and recommended corrective actions
- Report and analyze the performance in terns of production cost, productivity, material and emerge consumption
- Monitor and evaluate inventory Control management

REQUIREMENETS:
- University graduates with Accounting
- Computer, or other related background
- Extensive knowledge of auditing methologr and business process concept
- Minimum 3 years experience cost accounting in manufacturing
- Strong analytical and numerical skills – Good communication & leadership skills – Good command of English, spoken and written (reporting
- Familiar with SAP program

2. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
- Control & monitor the performance of mechanical equipment and utilities within the plant
- Systematic Breakdown analysis for all brewery, investigate equipment failures and difficulties, diagnose tautly operation and make recommendation to maintenance crew
- Develop preventive & routine maintenance program in managing and maintaining all mechartieat equipment and utilities within the plant
- Manage the implementation and discipline in execution in order to minimize the level of breakdown
- Oversee Installation to ensure machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specification

REQUIREMENETS:
- University graduates from Mechanical Engineering
- Brow mastery in mechanical aspects
- Minimum 3 years of solid experiences in engineering field
- Familiar with TPM, ISO 9001 & 14000, HACCP, SAP
- Concern with salty, Health, and Environment
- Good skill in Problem Solving. Teamwork and Coordination
- Good command of English, spoken and written (reporting)

3. QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN
- Produce and record analytical data for quality assurance of incoming material up to finished product
- Apply taste test training and analyse the microbiology
- Identify and reports any deviation in analytical results from production process up to final product include utilities

REQUIREMENETS:
- Minimum College graduated (D3) from chemical discipline or other dicipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in production process environment
- Good computer literate
- Familiar working with control chart
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP System
- Understand continual Improvement method
- Effective communication skills, independent and a good team player
