District Sales Manager - Central Sumatera
(For DuPont Crop Protection Business)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop sales / marketing strategy in assigned territory
Find and explore new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business
Coach and monitor sales learn by providing guidance, feed back and direction to ensure successful performance
Ensure that all sales & marketing activities performed is in compliance with related policy & regulations
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Agriculture (agronomy I Crop Protection)
Minimum of 5 years sales experiences
Excellent communications and networking skills
Strong drive to guide, coach and monitor the implementation of activities towards achievement of sales
Wiling to be located in Central Sumatera
