Account Receivable

The position is accountable for:
Administration of employee advances and expense reports/liquidations in compliance with Kraft’s policies and procedures.
Monitoring employee cash advance balances to keep them within the bounds of company policy.
Providing analysis/summary of employee’s expenses at a given time.
Ensuring that all reimbursements to employees are valid authorized and properly documented in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements
College graduate, major in Accountancy with minimum one (1) year in General Accounting
Preferably CPA
Knowledge in computer operating systems (Microsoft Office)
Good interpersonal skills and can interface with all levels of the organization
Proficient in written and spoken English.

Customer Service Coordinator

This position is accountable for Customer Order Management by implementing Customer Roadmaps and Supply Chain programs in order to ensure Customer Orders are processed and delivered smoothly and efficiently. It will also be responsible for selling and convincing ideas to customers and assess which programs is "best fit" with the need of customer plus finding and driving resolution of customer’s issues.

Requirements
College graduate preferably major in Business Administration, Accounting or related degree with Minimum of two (2) years experience in Customer Service or Logistic professional/analyst role
Having knowledge of Supply Chain Management
Having knowledge in computer operating systems (pref: SAP, JDE, AS400 query, Microsoft business software)
Must have customer service skills and presentation skills
Having an excellence communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in written and spoken English
