Management Trainee
Program Outline:
Cognis Asia Pacific Management Trainee Program—“Grow” will introduce qualified individuals to Cognis business and environment. This program offers university graduates entry into a career that prepares them to be tomorrow’s leaders. Entry into the Program is highly competitive.
Once selected, Trainees can expect to participate in a structured program lasting 18 to 24 months, combining formal training with on-the-job work assignments in a variety of areas. Trainee will be challenged to develop the wide range of skills needed to function at management level.

Qualification:
University graduate without experience or with 1 to 2 years experience, bachelor or masters degree with chemistry or chemical engineering; MBA is a plus

Fluency in English language, TOEFL 550 or IELTS 6
International experience (internship, studies) an advantage
