A small, dynamic, growth oriented oil and gas exploration company located in Jakarta requires qualified, hardworking and motivated persons to join our procurement team for the following new positions:
Male or female with hands on supervisory experience and team building skills. Require 10 years oil and gas industry experience with 5 years working in procurement involved with tender document preparation, contracts, knowledge of equipment and material purchases and including 3 years as a supervisor. Possess BP Migas Certificate in Supply Chain Management. S-1 is desirable.
Male or female with minimum 3 years oil and gas industry experience in procurement responsible for bidder pre-qualifications, prepare public media bid announcements, issue invitations to bid; handle correspondence with contractors and suppliers, translating documents as needed and maintain project files; serves as secretary of the Bid Committee and prepares minutes of committee meetings; BP Migas Certified in Supply Chain Management.
Both positions require a person with initiative, ability to meet schedule deadlines and willing to work extra hours if required. Fluent in English language and Bahasa Indonesia oral and written. Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
