CUSTOMER RELATIONS COORDINATOR (CRC)
General Job Descriptions:
To manage the whole operations of branch, service quality for customer, as well as other information related to customer services
Handling and monitoring customer complains
To implement the Customer Service program and its development
Preparing reports of branch activities and customer services
Job Requirements:
Female, single, max 28 years old
Graduated from D3 any discipline
Having minimum 1 years working experiences as CRC (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
Computer Literate (MS.Office)
Good command of English both written and spoken
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to handle customer complains
Having capability to work in a time constraint
