Human Resources Manager Jakarta
Bachelor Degree majoring in Management, Psychology, Law from reputable local or overseas university with 5 years in managerial field experience
Salary in gross per month and we give exciting remuneration package depend on competency and experience.
Experience min 5 years in Human Resources area. (Preferable experience in Coal Mining Industry)
Plan an annual HR programs and budget for Superior’s approval and ensure the effective programs and efficient use of the allocated budget
Direct, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day HR programs and activities
Develop HR policies & procedures and monitor its implementation to be finalized by Corporate Governance
Evaluate and monitor the implementation of HR policies & procedures and conduct regular review and update
Evaluate company’s competency which covered people development and career development management so as to be in line with overall company’s business strategy and objectives
Coordinate with other departments in gathering information related to people performance, and ensuring that their needs and requirements for qualified people are met timely
Develop and regularly review compensation and benefit programs for all employees through salary survey participation
Plan and coordinate the training needs analysis of all employees to ensure that they have the ability and capability as required
Build and maintain good relations with external parties (i.e. Government Institution, consultant, etc)
Broad knowledge and best practices of Human Resources Management;
Strong knowledge on government regulation;
Good Presentation Skill;
Strong communication and human relations skills of English both verbal and written are must including articulate and persuasive in oral communication;
Good in Computer;
Willingly to travel project site.
Having good leadership and relationship skill, customer oriented, business acumen, good strategic and analytical thinking, able to perform under pressure, mature and independence in solving problem, and target result oriented.
