COMPENSATION & BENEFIT MANAGER (CBM)
Key Responsibilities: To manage the planning, design, development, implementation, communication and on going administration of the company salary, stock option, management incentive bonus plans and employee benefit program in support of Corporate / Group / Divisional Objectives on both a short and long Term basis
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline, major in Human Resources degree are preferred
Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience in the design and administration of salary, stock participation, incentive bonus in related programs and in the benefit planning function
Relevant experience in Job Evaluation and Job Grading within a medium to large organization
Well versed in the principles of behavioral sciences as they apply to organizational psychology
Excellent human relation and communication skills
Ability to show a strong leadership and coordination capability
Have a sense of personal responsibility, drive and pro-active
Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
PC literate and proficient in written and spoken English
