Receptionist / Telephone Operator / General Admin (Jakarta)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming/outgoing calls, customer’s inquiries, and complaints
- Welcoming visitors
- Distributing documents i.e. faxes, memos, letters
- Organizing meeting rooms
- To maintain our service excellence
- Filling/Documentation process/Maintaining database
- Administration support to HR/GA Department
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from any background with good GPA
- Female, 22 - 25 years old, good looking
- Attractive, pleasant personality, helpful, Know how to represent her self (manner and physical appearance)
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply but preferably has min 1 year experience in receptionist/front liner/administration
- Friendly using windows application and internet
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Have good operating telephone machine
- Customer service satisfaction oriented, well organized, and able to handle multitasks
- Fast learner, hard working, willing to work under pressure, communication skill, and able to work as team.
- Detailed, accurate, and on time in work output and has initiative
- Be able to represent company's image
- Able to join immediately
