Sales Manager (Business-to-Consumer)
Responsibilities:
Managing sales team that consists of three Account Managers
Achieving sales target by close teamwork
Provide Demand Forecast Input
Ensure Compliance to Global business process
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Minimum 5 years experience in sales management preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
Strong experience in managing sales team in achieving sales target
Experienced in developing own team to improve skill and achievement
Excellent negotiation skill
Excellent stakeholder management both internal and external
Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position
