Branch Manager-BM/Pinca (Placement in Purwokerto & Tegal)
Responsibilities:
-Give direction to team members on strategies to reach branch target;
-Take responsibility on teams performances by continuously giving supervision to them;
-Develop bussiness at the branch & maintain existing customer.
Requirements:
-At least 5 years of working experience in the same position;
-Have good market portfolio & costomer database;
-Male / Female age max 40 years;
-Understand banking operation & procedure;
-Target oriented, strong leadership capacities and high integrity, with excellent communication & presentation skills;
-Good command of english & computer literacy is required.
