FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Accounting, responsible for providing analysis and reports on business financial activities and results. Primary accountibilities are :
Responsible for providing relevant financial management information to the Head of Finance & CFO, to SLFI
Senior Management including providing timely and accurately analysis of financial results, setting reporting standards and best practices, setting reporting metrics
Owner of the SLFI budget cycles and part of financial planning team
Assist the Head of Finance and Accounting, CFO on tracking and monitoring performance against established targets, preparing and updating the financial projection package and other monthly financial package and budget
Tracking and monitoring performance vs metrics
Responsible for providing relevant financial management information to the CFO and SLFI management team
Support to the Head of Finance & Accounting and or CFO, on special projects and ad hoc request and initiatives
University graduate majoring in Accounting/Economic with min GPA of 3.0
5 years experience prior working experience in financial planning / accounting / budgetting / cost analysis with at least 3 years in managerial roles in financial area
Knowledge in Insurance and Asset Management financial drivers is an advantage
