HRD SUPERVISOR
Job Requirements:
Male / Female;
Age : Between 35-40 years old;
Minimum 5 years experience in the same position;
Minimum S1 degree majoring in Legal, Psychology or Management;
Have a good understanding of Indonesia labor law and industrial relation;
Have a good knowledge of organization systems and processes;
Have strong leadership skills;
Have good command of English, written and oral;
Able to facilitate and create concept, preparing, scheduling and performing HR training;
Good knowledge in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Jamsostek, Insurance and PPh 21;
Able to formulate and implement a HRM systems;
Able to operate MS Office and Open Office;
Have good understanding of Human Capital Management;
Strong initiative, result and process oriented, a self starter and able to work under pressure
