Management Trainee - Finance

To qualify for fulfilling the position you have to possess the following criteria:
Master degree in Finance & Bachelor degree in Accounting with excellent results
Having not more than 2 years work experience in Accounting, Audit or Finance function
Excellent business English
Entrepreneurship and high flexibility
Energetic person with a strong drive for results
Highly developed communication and presentation skills, the ability to be pragmatic and pro-active in asking the right questions and making the right decisions, good analytical skills, and open mindset
As Management Trainee, you will undertake 12 months of the experiential learning program and deeply involve in day-to-day business and projects. You also will have the chance to build an international career across regional area.
