HRGA SUPERVISOR (HRGA)

General Requirements:

1.Male, age between 27 – 30 years old
2.Min. S1 holder from any discipline with GPA min 3.00 (from Industrial Engineering would be an advantage)
3.Min. 2 years experience in the same position as HRGA Generalist (preferably having experiences handling building & asset maintenance, payroll & tax, Industrial Relation & license)
4.Understand all corporate legal aspect
5.Strong understanding & knowledge about SMK3, OHSAS, ISO 9001:2008
6.Computer literate is a must (Excel, Word, Access, Visio & Power Point)
7.Have a leadership skill, interpersonal & communication skill with excellent services attitude
8.Pro active, good health, good analytical thinking, mature, self initiative and hardworking
9.Have a good relation with government institution.
10.Can join immediately is preferable
