Executive Secretary

Reported directly to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for arranging day to day top management secretarial jobs and having a role as a personal assistant to the General Manager and will be based in Surabaya.

Requirements
  • Holding minimum Bachelor degree or Diploma degree from reputable university
  • Ability in English communication both written and spoken is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, self motivated and dynamic
  • Outstanding communication and professional appearance
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Program : Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Having experience as secretary will be a significant plus
Cold Drink Equipment Area Supervisor

This position primarily responsible for manage Cold Drink Equipment Services operation in a specific area includes Cold Drink Equipment movement and service maintenance and ensure its quality meets Coca-Cola standard.

Responsibilities
  • Daily plan and performing CDE service maintenance and asset physical check to outlet as per scheduled and ensure its realization achieve the agreed service level to the customer
  • Raising/following-up issue to either CDES Area Team Leader and/or External Service Provider to ensure quality of CDE in-field meets expectation
  • Educating customer on basic preventive maintenance of Cold Drink Equipment and ensuring customer understands and utilizes National Contact Centre
  • Monitoring and ensuring movement of CDE in-field is performed correctly as per Work Order and/or Marketing plan, work closely with the Sales Centre team to ensure all movement (placement and removal) is performed as per expectation and business procedure
  • Checking, identifying and proposing Cold Drink Equipment to be refurbished in the workshop to CDES Team Leader and to be disposed to CDES Team Leader
  • Reviewing and verifying works result from External Service Provider and report to CDES Team Leader
  • Developing and submitting recommendation to CDES Team Leader for appointment and termination of External Service Providers with solid business justification

Qualifications
  • Holding minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Having minimum 1 year working experience in field operation/beverage company, especially in asset service management is an advantage
  • Possess a good cold drink equipment system knowledge is an advantage
  • English communication is an advantage
  • Financial management knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, working attitude, customer service oriented, strong business acumen and good leadership
  • At least C Driver’s License
  • Advance user of Ms. Office
Cold Drink Equipment Services Administrator

This position primarily responsible for manage Cold Drink Equipment Services operation in a specific area includes Cold Drink Equipment movement and service maintenance and ensure its quality meets Coca-Cola standard.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving and reviewing Work Order submitted from National Contact Centre, then dispatch to relevant External Service Provider team or CDES Area Supervisor
  • Collaborate with ESP or CDES Area Supervisor or Sales Centre team for Check Work Order completion submitted from ESP or CDES Area Supervisor and finalize into BASIS-EC
  • Receiving, reviewing and verifying invoices from External Service Provider versus Work Order issued, and submit invoice to Finance for further process
  • Updating status of Cold Drink Equipment and ensure its accuracy in the system
  • Reviewing CDE Request Form submission and verify to Work Order generated in BASIS-EC and ensure the completeness of CDE Outlet Agreement Form
  • Filing management (CDE Outlet Agreement Form, work orders and fountain quality maintenance documents)

Cold Drink Equipment Services Team Leader

This position primarily responsible for manage Cold Drink Equipment Services operation in a specific area includes Cold Drink Equipment movement and service maintenance and ensure its quality meets Coca-Cola standard.

Responsibilities
  • Perform periodic planning and review on work allocation and monitoring to CDE movement activity, field service maintenance work and refurbishment in the workshop and ensure its realization achieve the agreed service level to the customer
  • Liaising with External Service Provider Manager to ensure the productivity of daily work is achieved whilst maintaining good customer service and safety at work as per agreed Service Level Agreement and Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Following-up any Cold Drink Equipment service maintenance or quality issues raised by CDES Area Supervisor
  • Controlling CDES Repair & Maintenance expenses by managing spare-part utilization, purchase and invoices with 3rd party include the External Service Providers to ensure the realization meets the budget
  • Proposing Cold Drink Equipment disposal to CDES Technical Manager/Region CDES Manager and action on disposal activity in the field as per business procedure
  • Developing periodic report and perform analysis on the information or reports from the approved CCBI system and pro-actively review with relevant parties (CDES Technical Manager, Region CDES Manager, Finance Manager, GSM, etc.) to formulate appropriate action to take
  • Reviewing performance of External Service Providers with CDES Area Supervisor and identify gaps for development of the service maintenance team and develop them to ensure the skill-set meets CCBI requirement. Review, make proposal for appointment and termination of External Service Providers
