Chief Engineer

Qualification:

· Min. 4 yrs experience in the same position
· Excellent knowledge of major building systems & property maintenance
· Strong leadership skill and good managerial skill
· Good command of speaking and written English
· Preferably graduated from University

Engineering Supervisor

Qualification:

· Having skills in mechanical / A/C / Telecommunication / PABX / Audio
Visual
· Experience in relevant field for at least 3 years in hotel / serviced
apartment
· Good command of speaking and written English
· Min. Diploma in Engineering
· Able to work in flexible hours
