- Good knowledge of manpower regulation, Jamsostek, Tax (PPh 21)
- 2 years experience in compensation and benefit area
- Familiar with remuneration application program
- Must have strong analytical skill and able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner.
- Has ability to liaise with employee from all levels
- Ability to work independently under tight dead lines
- Proficiency in English
