Job requirements:

• Male/Female, max 35 years old
• Graduated from a reputable university majoring Industrial Psychology
• Strong knowledge of various psychology assessment tools (administering, scoring, interpreting) and recruitment sourcing method.
• Proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, target oriented and able to thrive in fast-paced.
• Having good logic & strong analytical ability; Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
• Dynamics, self motivated, customer oriented and target oriented
• Must have good presentation both speaking and appearance
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Communicative, able to work as a team player and willing to learn
• Having experience min 5 years in same capacity
