As the title suggests, you will in collaboration with IT infrastructure / ANZ Group, be in charge of resolving issues and problems related to IT operations, monitoring Tape Backup for HQ and branches and managing data transfer (Whitelabel) with 3rd party. You will also manage Start of Day, End of Day, End of Month, End of Year process and control user creation, modification, amendment, deletion, reset password, PIN telephone & access card, etc. In liaison with the IT helpdesk you will manage assigned helpdesk cases, resolving them within set timeframes.
Ideally, you be a fresh graduate with a minimum 1 year relevant working experience. A thorough understanding of helpdesk procedures and an experience in managing data transfer (whitelabel) with 3rd party are the other essential requirements for this post.
